Help!!!!! Tear in Jeans

So I just bought some Levi's 501XX, and after shrinking them (in the tub) i noticed there is a tear right between the selvage at the lower leg. The tear doesn;t bother me and is barely noticable, but what should I do so it doesn't get bigger? Is there any way i can stitch it back right between the selvage strip?

did you sit in the tub with the jeans on, if so, howd that work out?

yea, by the way, i did sit in the tub with the jeans and let them dry on me. And it worked out awesome, i am in love with the jeans. Also, the water in the tub looked really cool lol.
