Where can I find this style of jacket?

First off, I want this in grey herringbone, and with a less feminine cut.

I've seen a bunch of people wearing this style of jacket downtown lately, and have been unable to find it anywhere. I'm a big fan of the style of collar, the offset buttons, and the epaulets. So anybody know where I can find a similar jacket, or if there's a name for the collar style?

i think topman had a wool herringbone trench pretty similar. i dont remember exactly what it looked like though.
