I doubt Bush or any Republicans really support the troops any more than Liberals do... I mean, they're making money from the troops (haliburton) and what about the lack of armor on alot of the humm-vehicles? I don't see many republican politicians sending their kids off to battle (hell I hardly see any politician's kids going to Iraq). People who gain such huge political motivation/passion after watching a documentary need to read the newspapers/newsblogs more often. It's like buying as many Beatles CD's as you can and blogging about how deep the music is after watching Across The Universe. It gains you no respect, we already know, so what new idea do you have to bring to the table?

Extremist liberals and republicans who eat and distribute propaganda and simplify issues and draw ambiguous political "you're either for us or against us" lines should all just all just shut up and dance-battle each other on national television. Leave the planning to pragmatists and moderates who actually read news, form our own opinions, discuss and argue our points to each other, strive to form solutions and vote.

to a certain extent, they were sent there to get killed(of course this is a hyperbolism, i am actually surprised that you couldn't understand this since it came from a "Portuguese Kid") , because this is a war that is going under false arguments and therefore a pointless war. it's a battle zone in Iraq, and if someone goes there, he's clearly risking his life, that was what i meant.
