Turnkey merch solutions?

I've been searching all week both on and off SF and haven't seen shit besides a few bad threads (like one by that boris dude about his lame myspace t-shirt label).

I run a smaller website (www.gameriot.com) that is growing quickly and my boss wants us to move into merch. I personally think its too early but it doesn't hurt to try so I've been looking into ways to get American Apparel shirts printed up at a decent price.

Unfortunately, I don't want to take the time to do it right - i.e. building my own e-commerce server, a warehouse to store the goods, and some dudes to handle the printing.

I need a site or company that will offer a skinnable online solution with a warehouse/printer already in place who will do the whole shebang for me! Any suggestions? I know Cafepress has been shit since 1492 and Spreadshirt is the only other reasonable looking option... but their tees are shit and the site wouldn't be integrated, we'd have to link off-site to it.

Hoping for a miracle here.
