A different Dior shoe related question

Ever since i passed on the chance to buy the low tops with the black patent belt strap last season i've been regretting the fact. They're not the same,but I wanted to pick up a pair from this season,although, after trying on a "42" on which according to most conversion charts,equates to a "9.5" us, I've found that they are way to large. A "41" is still about a half size too large, granted I like my shoes to fit snug, but I've been searching for a "40.5" which seems to be the perfect size for myself, but here in the US, 41 seems to be the smallest available,via Barneys and eluxury atleast (i've yet to call a boutique,which i will do this week) I noticed that luisaviaroma.com have them starting at 40!..I was wondering who else has faced this as an issue and what resolution they came about.

Diors do come in some smaller sizes, try looking Asia-ways. I have a pair of 39.5's and have had a couple 40's too.

Just to make you feel bad, I bought the strappy sneaker in size 40.5
