I think the 505 denim is the nicest denim that Samurai has to offer. Not too slubby, but still slightly slubby.

I really wish they put the 505 back into production... I slept on them even when I had heard that they were going out of production

Now it's impossible to track down a pair.

edit: I had the opportunity to try on a year-old borken in pair and they were heavenly... fit, hand, fading, color. Couldn't buy them at the time because I was broke and I thought that they were a bit too similar to my SC47s, which I had just purchased. Nuts.

don't get my hopes up gimme... I know 2nd has a pair in 28 and 34 and Gordon told me that get deadstock sizes in from time to time, but deadstock probably means not my size...

ya...2nd only has a 34 & 35 now...you probably could have gotten away with the 28.
