LVC authentic check!!

i just got this pair yesterday. i look overthem and spot 3 thing that look weird. first, the leather tag say 501xx above 501. second, the white tag inside and last, there are no V stitch. is it real? what model is? 66?

they're very authentic...and very very heinous.......I remember seeing these a while back...they're LVC so theyre based on an actual pair from the Levis vault...but i forget their story. I'd only buy these for collector purposes as they look unwearable.

I think they mightve been an entry from a marketing campaign that Levis launched in either the 60's or 70's (they look very sixties)...Where they asked people to send in their custom jean creations to the Levis head office and win...something...i forget what they won...or exactly how the winning pairs were chosen...but people sent back all kinds of wacked out pairs of jeans....I think these might've been one of them...Or they could've belonged to someone in a trade whose uniform needed vertical red stripes...or maybe they were made so that someone could go camoflauge in the many ketchup/denim factories of the old days?...i dunno

These came across to me at the bay very often, one time I reat that these are "Andy Warhols" repros, and really, the look a bit Warhol like I think...
