Run about a size larger, although the laceups usually have a lot of room for comfortable variation because of the round toe shape.

Fuuma's right. Generally speaking, these run a size big, but there is room for a true to size or even slightly bigger due to the toe boxes. The size 46 would probably fit somewhere between a US 11.5-12.5.
