There isn't really a club that plays a lot of minimal but there are some good options.

You can always check rhythmism calendar for shows and parties. There is a Robots party every last Thursday of the month and blk market membership throws some great parties. Also check Resident Advisor for upcoming events.

Don't goto crobar.

Best bet is to look for dj's you're into and seeing where they're playing at. I don't live in new york so I can't help you out with specifics
