Notice these women's leggings?

That cardigan hoodie is nice too. My girlfriend liked it a lot. You can find those kinds of leggins everywhere. Does she have to have the zippers or something?

If she's just looking for leggings, i know UO isn't the most loved store, but they're good for cheap basics at times:

Not quite, but they're similar. Normal length black skinny jeans with a zipper on the back. Maybe she could get them hemmed somehow. I'm not sure how that'd work with the zipper. I saw it the other day while looking with my gf and figured it's sorta close.

I'm trying to find out for a friend.

Any idea what these might be?

They could be

Miss Sixty J Lot Stretch Denim Skinny Jeans.

The zipper is on the inside...

They are the only jeans on the top of my mind that have zippers on the inner leg.

Doubt they:re leggings you can find pants jeans like that everywhere now tell her to go to any boutique or trendy store (h&m) and shop the sale or wait a few weeks for the fall stuff to get into stores. You can tell in the pic the way they scrunch at the knee and overall fit that they most likely pants probably rayon/nylon mix thats what makes them look like leggings. Hope that helped some.
