you could probably make those! buy some regular leggings and some zippers from a fabric shop. Cut some slits in the leggings and sew 'em in. hey, I just might do this myself.

Not quite, but they're similar. Normal length black skinny jeans with a zipper on the back. Maybe she could get them hemmed somehow. I'm not sure how that'd work with the zipper. I saw it the other day while looking with my gf and figured it's sorta close.

Doubt they:re leggings you can find pants jeans like that everywhere now tell her to go to any boutique or trendy store (h&m) and shop the sale or wait a few weeks for the fall stuff to get into stores. You can tell in the pic the way they scrunch at the knee and overall fit that they most likely pants probably rayon/nylon mix thats what makes them look like leggings. Hope that helped some.
