Buddy of mine just got the old "Guys in back of truck / free speaker / oh how about $100 for it?" scam. Bought himself a brand new Made in China "Kirsch K3."

Anyone he can call about this shit? He payed with some of my money, but not that much. Are we dumping this at the neighbors or what?

On a side note, I've got these brand new speakers! Come on man, just like $100!

Seriously. You can have them for $100, they're not terrible and they are actually surround sound, but that's about it.

Yeah, I wouldn't have done anything more than laugh at him if he hadn't have used $60 of my money which he was supposed to use to buy us supplies. Instead, he calls me all super excited that he got these incredible surround sound speakers for cheap. Damnit.
