Sugar Cane, yet again

I'm not sure whether I should be posting this in the supermarket section or not, but it's an honest query rather than an attempt to draw attention to what I may or may not be selling.

What are the legal issues of selling old Sugar Cane stuff (the Levis repros that breached all the copyright regulations) on eBay?

I'm based in the UK and would potentially be selling to the US - I've heard there's some sort of law against the importing of Levis-esque jeans? I seem to remember some poster complaining that Customs had shredded a pair of Samurais or something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Customs shredded samurais????:confused: I didnt know they check every package that is sent to their country.

Dozens of people sell tons of blatant copies of Diesel, True Religion, ect.. and get away with it. I dont think eBay is gonna pick on someone selling one pair with a red tab.
