What kind of boots are these?

I have seen these a few times, mostly in Japanese fashion mags....any clue what they are called or where they can be purchased from the States? They don't have to be just like these, maybe something similiar? Are they just slouch boots?

Looks like chick shit from Topshop. You can get them like anywhere in the UK. Personally I dont rate them at all. And if you saw them in person, neither would you. Dunno how to get them, try ebay.co.uk
