Ummm.. It's selvedge, and it's expensive. therefore I don't want it getting fucked.

So, where do you guys get your stuff hemmed locally? Ugh I don't want to send these to BiG or something.

i get my denim repairs here in our province. cost me almost $1 for every pair of jeans i turn in for hemming, chainstitched. bad side is, im from the province, Bulacan. but i'm sure there are denim repair shops in Quiapo where you can get your hem chainstitched. if its just for hemming you want, the quality's ok i guess. haven't tried it there yet

Oh my god? $1? I pay like $10 at BiG and $12 at another tailor.

I dunno if I'd trust that. Maybe I'll drop by the mall (Shangrila) today and go to that homme et femme place ask em if they do hemming.

as you may already know, everything's cheap here in the Philippines. i have a pic of chainstitching job they did in one of my jeans, somewhere. they're pretty decent. i'm talking about the one denim repair shop here in the province though.

i dont know if they do repairs. but it wouldn't hurt if you ask.

edit:

found some pic of the job they've done
