okay, heres the scoop:

subscribing via iTunes:

1. to subscribe to supertalk's podcast enter open iTunes and 'subscribe to podcast'

2. type in

http://www.superfuture.com/supertalk/external.php?type=rss2&forumids=13

The "Subscribe to Podcast" option is under "Advanced" on the top bar with other drop-down menus (File, Edit, Controls, etc...)
