This has nothing to do with Nigo or Bape, but this awesomely fantabulous story from the LA Times about a culture of people in the Congo who call themselves Sapes. They spend all their money on designer clothes (not unheard of around here). But they have fashion gangs. They have "Defi de Sape," or fashion challenge's and shit, rather than fighting. My favorite thing is the roadside manicures. I thought Superfuture was surreal, this is definitely next level shit.
