Hong Kong Streetwear/T-shirt stores

I'm trying to compile a list of streetwear/t-shirt stores in Hong Kong. I've already got the ones superfuture has listed (juice, IT etc.). I know this is quite the task as many are hole-in-the-walls only open for a few months, but I'd appreciate any help you guys could provide. Thanks!

the whole silvercord mall is good, check that out.

and there's millions of tough stores all around HK, not that great, but I found some pretty cool things in there.

Are they generally expensive? I'm trying to pull the $400 DH jeans with $10 funky tshirt look I have a friend in HK, maybe I can get him to score some of these for me if they're not too pricey...
