Anyone buy lvc 1947's with 38" inseam?

I can't find any info on 38's and how much the inseam shrunk. I'm hoping it's still only 2 inches.

My 38 shrunk to 34 after full shrinkage

mine are at 35.5 after a warm/hot soak. I expect them to end up at around a 34.5 after a real hot washing.

One pair I actually did a soak+dry, then a wash+hot dry in the drier. 38 to 34"

Yea, I bought the 1938 deadstocks in the Georgeotwn Levis Store, and yeah, they do shrink 2 inches in wasit and about an inch in length.

I was talking about 47's with 38 inseam. Georgetown ay? I live in the area too.

If you stretch them for the initial soak then there is virtually no loss of leg length at all. I take a 36" leg in pre -shrunk Levis. I'm wearing '47 501s right now. They're a 38" leg, yet I've got a good 3 inch turn-up on them!
