cause of Mac OS, there isn't suppose to have any fragmentation on Mac hard drive so it shouldn't slow your ibook.

I guess this means time for an upgrade. Slow computers are as awful as slow people in fast line.

I too do not have an iPod, i have a Creative Zen Vision M.

I too refuse to use iTunes.

I have something like 250 GBs worth of music of which I carry about 50-55 GBs worth at any given moment in time.

1602 or 6.4 days of music- no piracy because i like getting physical objects (well i use emusic.com aswell). but in GB i bet mine is more because i have flac backups of nearly everything aswell

ii have 16G on my pod. all pirated every one of the 3000ish tracks. i have had my entire music collection stolen twice. i now refuse to pay for music fuck that. after being told i had to have all my cases and inserts and recipts or proof that i actually paid for the cds i refuse to buy anything else.
