Jean Shops In LA

I've just relocated to LA from Williamsburg. Looking for shops on par with Isa, Nom De Guerre, Steven Alan, etc. Anyone have any recos. I'm worried that in 6 months I'll be wearing floral print shirts, board shorts and pre-faded jeans with patches on them if I don't find a cool shop soon. (Closer to Venice the better).

american rag on la brea seems to have a healthy dose of denim.

LA has a ton of dope shops all over the place. it depends on what type of clothing you're into. check out all the above mentioned shops for denim. sunset blvd, melrose, and la brea have some nice shops. search the board and take a look at the supermaps

There are some cool and some pricy vintage stores on melrose that have some nice stuff. Wasteland usually has some really good deals. Watch out for fakes (Evisu and lacoste come to mind) there though!
