Levis 501 STF Question :[

Hi.. After seeing this picture of a guy wearing i THINK Levis 501xx Shrink-To-Fit, i was wondering how he could have that tint of color on his 501xx STF's. I bought a pair of regular 501xx STF and after washing it, the color of the jeans turned into a semi dark blue, instead of the blue starch og tint color shown in the picture. All i want to know is do u guys actually wash the jeans or do you guys try to bear out month after month without washing it?

If you guys do wash your jeans, can someone give me a detailed guide on how to keep that tinted color in this man's jeans. I nEED it in my life

those jeans he's wearing look like they've never been washed to me. and i'm no levi's expert at all, but they look too dark to be regular old STFs. they're probably '55 lvc's or something. but that's just a guess...i really have no clue. anyone who gets STFs, unless they're never going to wash them, should always wash/soak them before wearing them. This guy probably didn't because he probably wanted to have that "blue starch og ting color." either way, search. i'd be surprised if this thread doesn't get locked
