well, it's never funny to explain a joke, especially when it involves translating a foreign language. but what's happening here is that the lyrics, "your mail's not safe in this town" sounds like "yome busaiku deshita" in japanese. which means, "the bride was ugly" when translated into english.

to make fun of it, they created that set up in the video like it's a japanese wedding, and this little kid comes running out of it yelling, "yome busiku deshita!"
