Classics are good and all, but they're always so talked about/known that discussion about them becomes somewhat stale after a while.. Though, I admittedly don't have many of those bands' albums.

mm. It leaked a whiles back. I'm definitely going to buy it though when I see it in stores. Really great album. It's definitely more... structured, I guess, than HoN,Y but I think it works. It's ridiculously catchy. Probably going to be in my top 10 of the year simply based on the amount of listens I've been giving it.

I can't believe they (POBPAH) sold out Bowery. Damn yo. Someone should do a dissertation on the effect P4k hype gives to bands.

Anyways, oh man, NYC Popfest 09 just got better with Suburban Kids with Biblical Names. Such a High School band for me, but that's why I'm so psyched. And on the same day as Rose Melberg also!! Wasn't able to get advance tix, but I'm going to be standing in line that morning to get whatever they have left at the door. I'm not missing out on that.

hmmm, just ran across my boyracer 7", not nearly as bad as i remembered. i must have sold/lost the other one on sarah though.

tiger trap still hold up, saw them in a bookstore in dc once. split 7" with bratmobile = total classic

i have an epic memory of mike schulman spazz dancing to them in chicago - he's the best. this thread needs more schulman stories.
