Any advise lads on a cool bag for a spring time?

I'm also looking for something new for the spring. I use this bag most of the time cause of its size (I need to carry lots of stuff sometimes) but I would like something lighter for the summer.

I'm considering this bag for spring/summer but I would like to see it before I get it.

Definitely a duffel. Barneys in Dallas had a great leather one that never seemed to go on sale but I didn't catch the brand.

I don't really see myself carrying a duffel bag all day in nyc. Sometimes I need to carry a laptop or some computer equipment and running from client to client all day I need something I can put on my shoulder. It also has to be pretty slim since I don't want to carry something huge on the subway.

I am also looking for a bag for spring. Something like the Prada style flat bags. I would like to be able to attach it around my waist. The best one I have found so far is this roots bag.
