Yea, a lot of guys do that for sports. They cut off the sleeves of a tshirt to wear a sleevless tee for sports, then wear one of the sleeves and it looks exactly like that

lol.. i've seen alot of koreans at my university wear it for sport..

i've seen a few japanese brand making these.. BxH, whiz, hectic and wtaps... where the one i posted above is the best one i've seen(the pinstripe is just so nice.. )...

But a similar colored shirt at a thrift store, then cut the sleeve off yourself. Stitch a brand logo on if you want.
