I am going to be attending Recording Arts Canada in Toronto in september and am not sure what area of toronto i want to live in. I want one were I will fit in, I like hip hop and am into street art and am very urban. The school is located on Peter Street in downtown Toronto so somewhere close would be nessecary. Any suggestions would be awesome.

how much do you want to spend? The school is located right in the entertainment district and Queen West which is a very commercial area. You can live in Chinatown which is just North and a close walk. Anywhere along Queen St. will provide you with east access to transporation, food, shopping.

i was hoping somewhere from 500 to 1000 a month. anywhere in that range. also, are jobs easy to come by in toronto?

Anywhere on King or Queen St., I would say in between Bathurst and Spadina

You should have no problem finding a place between $500-$1000. PT jobs are easy to find especially in retail.
