The measurements are:

Waist = 16.5 inches

Crotch to thigh = 10 inches

Leg Opening = 8.5 inches

I think the way neighborhood sizes things is that they are in-between sizes (32 to 34 = 33).. why they do that, no clue. Thanks for your interest!
