Not the SExIH, but a pair of regular 21oz Iron Hearts I bought at SE on friday:

Thought I'd try a narrower fit jean for a while.

They got two days wear and are now having a nice hot bath in the washing machine.

You're true waist size or did you size up to get a 'baggier' fit? From the other pics I've seen, I thought they were a little bit slimmer fitting than that (though not as slim as the SExIH of course).

They're a 33 - I'm somewhere between a 33 and 32 these days I think.

To put it in context, the other pairs I wear these days are a 34 Samurai 526 or a 34 SC 1947:

The 526s are probably the widest leg, and post-soak these Iron Hearts are definitely narrower than anything I've worn since I was an undergrad.

The difference in fabric is pretty big. Much less slubby than the 17oz Samurais, perhaps even more uniform than the lighter 'Canes.

my iron heart 634s arrived from self edge a couple days ago. bigups to kiya for his assistance, customer service awesome as always.

these are a 30 (my regular size), and this is the first wear. no soak as yet. originally, i was going to return them and exchange for a 31, as i wanted a looser fit...after talking with kiya and trying them on a couple more times i decided to keep them.

very very happy with the fit at the moment, theyve softened up a bit and the fit is a reasonable amount looser than before.

for reference, i am roughly 5'11"ish, and about 140lbs.
