i need to stretch this on the waist

i need help with my evisu's i need it to stretch at least 1 more inch on the waist.. ive been wearing them for a week but i feelt hat the strething already stopped around haf inch help any wa to help it stretch further?

Try wetting the waist then putting them on.

with hot or cold water? or it doesnt matter? these evisu's are not the raw ones these are vntage used wash ones. are they gonna still stretch?
