Vintage Sunglasses in NYC

hi folks - off to NYC this coming weekend and wondered if anyone had any tips where to find vintage sunglasses, preferably in Manhattan. Especially looking for old Rayban Aviators or Cazals....

although you're looking to hit manhattan, the best places to cop Cazal-esque shit is in Brooklyn (in the Fulton Mall, take the 2,3,4,5 or F train to Borough Hall).

As for Raybans aviators etc., there is a row of street dealers selling jewelry and fake ripoffs etc. on the south side of Houston street. Normally I hate the cheap stuff, but I gotta admit my $7 pair of brown tinted aviators are still holding up pretty nicely and I got them last summer.

Otherwise, if you want to pay full price for them, try Broadway, 2 blocks above Houston, on the west side of the street.

Or, you could just hit up any large Sunglass Hut or other chain in midtown, because every label is bringing back those styles, but they're dough.

theres a cool consignment shop on 7th street bewteen first and second ave called tokyo 7 that has some really nice sunglasses.

Anyone know where I can get some CAZAL 607's with the black frames and clear lenses. I've looked online and they run from like $140-$300. There has to be some reproductions out there that are cheaper. Has anyone seen any in NYC?
