Jeans with small hem.... smaller than 18cm

Recently i bought a pair of boots.... and it will be great with a pair of jeans with small helm so i can tuck em in the boots or let em stack on top of the boots... the thing is i can only do that properly with a jeans helm less than 18cm.... my thin finn is 18.5cm and it tends to cover the top of the boots.... anyone know which brand is good for skinny jeans with small helm?

JR Hobokens have a 17cm hem on everything above 30, I think.
