Fake Bapes

What's the key to identifying fake bapesta's? Seems the market is flooded. Is it purely on price i.e anything under $150 is obviously fake?

Price is definitely a good starting point for spotting fakes. Sometimes the boxes look really shitty as well. The real bapes smell of leather, fake smell of plastic if you get a chance to see them up close and not just online.

the easy way to identify is the star shape. the real ones have their jagged edge on the tail parallel, the tails of the fake ones are usually poorly made
