I think there is a store in Times Square - Causeway Bay.

They have clothes, but not sure whether they have bags and shoes.

I only know of Century 21 real estate agents... they're in Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong.

If you mean Club 21- they don't have one in HK, but the store I.T. is their very similar equivalent.

As for your other query, I don't know if you are eager for something brand new, but if you go around Causeway Bay you'll see these little shops called 'stations' - for example 'Milan Station' and 'Paris Station'. They sell almost new designer seconds (handbags) for cut prices. I am assured that they only sell AUTHENTIC goods. I bought a practically brand-new white Balenciaga bag there for about 70% of the RRP. You really have to trawl around the various 'stations' though, since obviously they all have completely different stock.
