would expecting a bunch of outdated articles, Japanese websites I can't read and other random crap on Google be unreasonable?

Google is good for some stuff, but when I want people's opinions and any updated info on clothing etc., i find it's better to come here...even if i have to filter out the wack comments to get to what i'm looking for (hint hint).
