does anyone know how to distress/vintag-ize thigns??

im new to this whole "scene", but iv been distressing jeans and shirts and stuff for a couple months.

i was just wondering if any of you knew any "hollywood" tips or well known basics to it.

I usually jus use a wire brush and my pull-up bar haha

any feedback would be appreciated
