return policy - b'2nd store, tokyo?

hi, i just bought a new pair of jeans at the b'2nd store in shibuya and am thinking in retrospect i should've got one size bigger and im wondering what my chances are of exchanging them for a 34 over a 32 considering i cut the tag... but havent washed them or anything??? should i get someone who speaks japanese to come with me? or is it no big deal? thanks.

Haha. Well consider this a learning experience but generally Japanese stores dont do refunds or exchanges. At all. Since you cut the tag as well, I can bet you a 100% they'll say no.
