Ok denimheads, how much does it cost to alter a pair of jeans?

Specifically to bring it (roughly) a size down?

And where should I get this done...Tet?

just the waistband or? if its just the waistband it should be a pretty cheap job of about $10 - $12. but if you mean going down a size everywhere (i.e. reducing down 1 size in the overall fit of the jeans it should cost a bit more, $30?)

i usually swear by tet tailor. others go for winning tailors opposite tet. haven't tried winning yet though.

if you want to lower the rise of the jeans as well ,it may hit $50 at tets. $18 for taper, $10-12 for waistband + another $10-15 for rise adjustment.
