I just received these from Japan.

I love these, unfortunately they don't fit. I will be buying a bigger size.

18 oz raw denim. Amazing fit.

They are very tapered all the way down with a mid rise.

 

For reference the model in the photo is wearing a size 30.

Studio D'artisan's 18.5oz unsanforized denim is the brand's original heavyweight denim. Designed as an homage to vintage jeans of the early 40s and 50s, this denim features the custom hardware, details, and construction Studio D'artisan first gained notoriety for well over 30 years ago. Studio D'artisan's "Tight Tapered" fit has a medium rise, and is slightly slim in the top block with a strong taper from the thigh down
