I don't know how good of a quality they are, but Urban Outfitters carries some really really really skinny men's khakis. I think they're $49.

If you're into khakis/cargos I recommend Mason's...i heard about the brand before but never saw it until i ran into some stuff at Barney's in LA. All very high quality, functional and utilitarian stuff made in Italy, my dad picked up a military shirt jacket that was fresh...don't remember if I saw any khakis there but I'm pretty sure that's one of their signature items. Probably gonna run you a little over 100, but maybe under 200.
