One wash VS Raw? Can't decide

Im thinking about picking up some Dry Bones CDP-555.. they come in One wash and also raw, price difference of about $10. Anyways, I read that the raw wash is sanforized, so I can expect minimal shrinking in the waist, but in the inseam I can expect 3" or so correct? So here are my questions (not really answered in the FAQ, to specific)

1) If I wash the raw in cold water, will the inseam shrinking be minimized (because of sanforization), compared to in hot water

2) If I plan on washing my jeans in cold water ALL the time, how will the fading turn out because of this, compared to if I were to use hot (or is this a bad idea?)

3) If I got the one wash, would they shrink at all in hot and cold?

4) If I pick up the raw, and I want to get the shrinking over with, do I have to put them in a tub and soak, or can I just throw them in the washing machine inside out(or will this create unecessary indigo loss?)

5) If I were to soak the raw for shrinking, and compare them to the pre-washed 'one wash' that I can purchase, would they look the same in appearance in terms of color and texture?

Get the one wash, and save yourself any first time mistakes... whcih can be expensive!!

Shrinkage is such an uncontrollable and unpredictable thing. Even Levis concede on their products "they EXPECT shrinkage of approx. 10%" ... yet I have read people have experienced zero or minimal shrinkage, or much more, the complete opposite.
