it just reminded me of when i was a kid and would go to a locally owned video store and find tons of 80's and 70's comedies and sci fi to watch....now i go to blockbuster and find jackshit

Went to my first Walmart last summer while staying at a friend's place upstate. Place was fucking terrifying. Nobody under 250lb and the only merchandise that looked to be halfway decent quality were the guns and knives.

Could just be upstate NY though...

welcome to my depressing suny world. i go to binghamton and have prob been to walmart 2 or 3 times since ive been here. it is truly and intensely depressing...like 50 different stores that could be owned by private people packed into a huge warehouse....all the items are shit..i usually abstain for political and social reasons...but it just snowed a foot and i needed a toothbrush.....moral compromise for dental hygiene....the conflicts of a modern life.....

it snowed like a foot plus today and my car was snowed in....i left my toothbrush home and needed a new one...the only ride i had was going to walmart......not quite forced.....coerced

Ya know they dont really sell good shit there just cheap stuff so if your looking for your favorite Jeff Gordon shirt or hat you can find it for like .50cents there, then you can buy like 70 of them for the whole season of racing and never change the look of your shirt.....

But ya know thats just me

it was very wierd watching it. i remember seeing it when i was a little kid. i'm only 22 now so i guess i was real young when i sawi it. i remember thinking the scenes in the toy store were real amazing. but all the toys sucked....;on a side note....the actor who plays the little kid had a career in porn after his acting flopped/
