Well that totally depends on what you would call "hottest" and in what area/country you're talking.

If you mean most ubiquitous "premium" denim: Seven for all Mankind. No question.

If you mean new and upcoming yet wildly sought after, I might say Earnest Sewn.

I would say Nudie, but I'm admittedly biased after I got my Nudies. I've fallen into agapic love. Not only that, but Nudie is not popular here in the states at all, and probably will not be for a long time [if ever].
