I'm looking for a specific pair of low crotch pants, any help would be much appreciated.

Thier for women, and made of a light material with elastic at the bottom of the legs, which end around the calf. the legs can be worn low - to look like pant, or hich to look like a skirt.

I guess they might be described as parachute pants, but I think their inspired from traditional Turkish garments.

I've seen 2 in NYC. One girl said she got them in Italy for 12 Euro.
