3. og helmut lang bondage camel hooded coat, size 50

made in italy. helmut-era. super-thick cotton moleskin exterior. body is lined in wool (i think-- it could just be cotton, in which case the inner knit cuffs are knitted wool), sleeves are lined in a cupro/viscose blend.

asymmetrical button front. also closes with a lampo zipper. anatomical hood. bondage details at the interior and signature thumb-loops. excellent vintage condition. the only flaw is a small black (pen?) mark at the left cuff. this might come out with a dry cleaning (i don't know, haven't tried). it's pictured below, and is quite difficult to make out in person.

4. cloak grey super 120s wool trousers, size 32

great piece from the beloved, now-defunct label. from fw04, i think. made in the usa. hand-stitching around the pockets and waistband. fabric-covered buttons. amazing super 120s wool fabric. faint chalk stripe which gives the fabric an awesome subtlety/depth. the legs have a straight cut, but could easily be tapered for a slimmer fit.

there was a small snag on the back of the right leg, near the knee, which has been professionally mended (see below for photo).
