aNYthing webstore

I ordered some shit from aNYthing a while back -- one of the black sunrise painter caps I thought looked so great in Nicholas' WAYWT. It finally gets to me, I tear open the package, and the hat is bright blue. Enclosed is my order statement, which definitely says "black." I emailed them 4 days ago and have yet to receive a response on whether or not I can send the hat back for a replacement, or a full refund.

is it just impossible to get a streetwear company to take business seriously or what?

^Forget about email, call them. 212-777-0919.

I called them prior to placing an order just to make sure it was actually available. Everything worked out fine. Placed the order online and got my tee in 3 days plus they threw in some buttons and stickers.

Call over there, be courteous and tell them your situation. I know you're probably a little heated over getting the wrong item, I would be too but play nice first 'cause anger will get you nowhere. I'm sure they'll fix it if they can. I'm actually thinking of placing an order today. Let us know how it goes.

i got an email back saying, essentially, that i'll be hearing back with something more definitive after they check inventory. sounds good to me, at least i know someone's on the other line. checked out the webstore again and the black's no longer listed...i'll assume they're all out.

i'm more than cool with it -- just had my online shopping confidence a bit shaken for a minute. it's all good now.

vincent -- if this doesn't end up working out, it's a l/xl.

when i actually went to the physical gangstore in the LES it took them 2 people and 30 minutes to find the price of a todd jordan book i was buying. aNYthing is great, just really disorganized. i think if you call they'll rectify their mistake though, nice people.
