Jeans and fitness

I lost a couple to better fit in my PBJ. You better believe that I'm not gonna spend that much on a pair of jeans and not be able to fit in them :P

I've found its not really the best way to keep track of your weight though. As I was breaking in my Kicking Mule's I was gaining weight and didn't really notice because of the stretching.

Well, I'm a girl, but yes, I keep the weight off in fear of buying new jeans, also part of why I keep some on, cause I've dropped a size, but wasn't really ready to buy a new wardrobe, so I went ahead and let myself back up....

So, yeah, I use my pants addiction to keep my size steady.

my trick: eat dinner at six, don't eat after that and go to bed empty stomached. sumo westlers nap after every meal and that's how they retain the things they ate. should do the opposite if you're trying to become the opposite.

and running helps.

There was a guy before the crash asking about how he should try to shift weight, people had like 3 pages of suggestions. My tips are makes habits out of everything you want to do, if the changes you make dont become habits then your not gonna stick em, cos you wont be making weight concious decisions all day everyday for a month or two.

Im 5'8", ten stones, used to be under 8 stone, but I tryed for so long to eat more and go to the gym, after a while I stopped trying (conciously) , and bam! - I gained weight, cos my efforts became a habit.

Find a sport you love, get addicted to it, dont eat less, excercise more.

my two cents

Jeans aren't the best indicator forme, but my waist is, I start to lose shape there and look less curvy if i'm putting on weight, and I can definitely tell, So after that, It's another carrot day and some running, and voila' back to shape.
