Is there anything cool in Washington, DC: Shopping, Clubs, Eateries, and Galleries? What are some good spots to dine in and around LA, anything from greasy spoon to five star.

L.A - checkout MFO (My Father's Office) in Santa Monica. One of the best burgers i've had and a good import beer selection. $$$

Applepan (Santa Monica) - pretty good greasy spoon place. $

Natalie Thai - (Venice) - $$$

Cecil's Ribs - (Venice) - $$

Super Bowl (Cerritos) - PHO viet noodles. $

Sushi Nouza? aka sushi nazi (Studio City) -$$$$

can't remember anymore, its been awhile.

it's called Sushi Nozawa, but i really don't think it's worth the trek to studio city or the money

DC:

-as far as shopping goes, make sure you hit up Georgetown, aside from that, Tysons Corner and Pentagon City are some of the main shopping galleries in the area tho. There right over the river in Northern VA.

-as far as eating goes:

dont know of any major ones to point out...I'm just a regular Friday's/Ruby's kinda guy. However, your sure to find some good spots in Georgetown, as well as in the 7th Street (near MCI Center), Connecticut Ave, and Adams Morganareas.
