FS Mister Freedom Ranch Blouse Size 44

I am really bummed out, but I have to sell a couple of newly acquired pieces that I can't make work from a fit standpoint. First up is a Size 44 Mister Freedom Ranch Blouse. I bought it from Self Edge. It has been hot soaked to get the shrinkage out, but it hasn't been worn at all. I am asking $230 shipped for it to the US.

what's the measurements on this? i'm not sure if i'd be a 42 or 44, so this might be a winner..... or maybe not!
