Mojo Risin?? Asymmetric-zip Jute coat sz. 50

This substantial, waxed jute coat is perfect for the upcoming winter. It is half-lined (shoulders & arms) in silk, and has two exterior pockets, and one internal chest pocket. It’s chunky asymmetrical zipper is in flawless condition. The cut of the shoulders and chest provides a striking silhouette when worn. This has been worn probably fifteen times, and has weathered in amazingly. The waxed jute has an interesting depth to it, molds wonderfully to the wearer’s form, and will only break in further for whoever gets it. I got this off Kompressorkev a few years back, and its been worn occasionally since. All I can find is the size tag, no labels, so I think it was Mojo Risin that he said it was in the sale, but I can’t verify completely. It’s quite heavy, so price includes international shipping. If you’re domestic, knock $30 off.

Measurements:

Armpit to armpit: 22 inches

Shoulder to Shoulder: 19 inches

Sleeve length: 28.5 inches

Length: 38.5 inches

The Viridi-Anne 1-button blazer sz. V

VI 794-06

Not sure quite how to categorize the opulent fabric this blazer is made of, but it’s a blend of cotton, linen, and rayon, in an ornate, decaying black-on-black paisley design. It came with fibers deteriorating from the pattern intentionally, and this look has maybe only marginally increased with the few times I wore it. Why am I getting rid of it? At my slimmest I couldn’t wear this jacket buttoned, and it’s definitely way too slim for me now. Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, the stitching in the rear can just barely be seen through when held up to a light. This isn’t visible when worn or anything, but I just wanted to point it out as a seller. Will suit a slim sz. 50 best…

Measurements:

Armpit to Armpit: 21 inches

Shoulder to shoulder: 18 inches

Sleeve length (measured from top of shoulder to cuff): 28.5 inches

Length (from top of collar down rear): 31 inches

In Aisce Stem shorts

I got these on the off-chance that they would fit me, but they are far too slim. Interesting use of the same fabric in reversed applications. This is the first piece I’ve handled from In Aisce, but I can see why the label has quickly built a following around these parts. I’ll certainly be on the lookout for more in my size…

Measurements:

Waist (laid flat): 16 inches

Length: 22-26 inches (outside leg – inside leg)

Inseam: 18 inches

MA+ 5 pocket pants sz. 50

Picked these up from Sartorialoft this spring; they’ve been worn maybe eight times, and were since washed once on delicate. They’re made of a substantial cotton canvas that is typical of MA+ textile choices; has to be felt to be believed. These have worn in amazingly, and will only get more character with wear. Alternately, they’re 100% cotton, and so could be dyed a darker grey or black if one desired. Retail was $1200 on these, so get a deal here, especially considering how much MA+ prices have been rising of late.

Measurements:

Waist (laid flat): 17.5 inches

Inseam: 35 inches (fits maybe an inch shorter because the legs spiral somewhat)

Leg opening (laid flat): 7.25 inches

Carpe Diem reverse calf 6-holes sz. 43

Picked these up from Sartorialoft years ago, and they have been worn lovingly since. They have aged in wonderfully, and the interiors show no damage whatsoever (just minor wear/glossing to the leather that is to be expected). I’ve had the heels repaired once, and the soles show no sign of needing repair. If you prefer rubber soles, you could have this done fairly cheaply at your local cobbler. This is an interest check, as these fit me, and are a superb example of what CD boots can become with years of love, but they just aren’t getting enough wear based on the ever-expanding footwear family in my closet.
