I have to say your t-shirts are kinda threadless. Why would I want to buy your tees? They offer nothing new. The prints dont mean anything. They are not aesthetically pleasing.

Stop destroying your tshirts and focus on the prints. Put in some real effort, or no one will remember your brand.

Have you actually looked at the prints before you go making a statement like that?!

We appreciate feedback, positive or negative, but to say the prints don't mean anything just isn't true. Each design/print is based on ironies and perceptions....the paradise scene with a hanging man, marilyn monroe with her teeth knocked out.

They are also printed with water-based colours which compliments the softness off the tee itself (cotton/modal) so to say 'put in some real effort' just makes me sad for you.

Yes, I have looked at your tees. If you insist that there is a meaning to them then I will just say I think the prints are bad.

What is the girl with a scarf print supposed to mean? If you have to write something on your website to get the message through, then maybe something's missing?

Marilyn without teeth is obviously Marilyn without teeth, but so what? What is so cool with that? Am I too thick to get it?

What I want you to do is not distress your shirts, not make a wacky website where your actual product is hard to find, not make prints that need descriptions, not call your shirts bespoke and instead make whole tees with good prints. There is a whole lot of crap going around outside of what's really important in the product. Focus on what's important.

I'd agree with Jinx, cause it's all a bit too Shoreditch flash-in-the-pan for my taste, but from the sounds of them I'd try a blank shirt on if they where available.

I wouldn't agree that we've gone too Shorditch, but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, which we appreciate.

We never set out to make everyone love our product, they will be liked, they won't be liked, but if trying to veer away from a bog standard, html t-shirt site is frowned upon, then so be it.

At the end of the day we know we're not hiding behind a 'flashy' site, we know we've worked f**king hard on our garments and have tried to deliver something a little unique to the market with the majority of feedback suggesting we have gotten pretty close to this, but again, we can't please everyone.

And name it www.dullgeneric.com

I'd be interested to know what t-shirts you are interested in?
